From research and stratigraphic studies of the Duero Alto in the Middle Ages, the methodological proposals for the Plan for the Border Fortifications of Lower Miño and as development of the PAHIS Plan guidelines established by the Junta de Castilla y León for its historical heritage, our team has developed several works on Territorial Heritage Systems.

We currently work, both individually and integrated in very large teams in the methodological definition of inventory and Studies of Territorial Heritage Systems, both of the Iberian Peninsula and areas of heritage interest from America and Middle East. The main references of our work with THS with already published studies are the THS Castros and enclosures in the border of León in the XII c. and XIII c., the THS Bastioned fortifications of the border between Castilla and Portugal and the THS Border Fortifications of Lower Miño.
